DUKE is a product of Quantos Media. By buying or downloading a DUKE product you agree to these terms.
License
You may use DUKE transitions and effects in your own projects, including client work and monetized videos. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files, alone or bundled inside another pack, template or product.
Delivery
Products are digital downloads delivered immediately after payment. Download links expire after 48 hours; the confirmation page can be reopened for a fresh link.

Warranty and liability
DUKE is provided as is. It was tested in DaVinci Resolve Studio 21 on a Mac and should work in other versions, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with every setup. To the extent the law allows, Quantos Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about these terms or a purchase will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
